How Do You Work Out?

People say it never works out.  There's been an idea buzzing about for years now that opposites attract.  Opposites attract and do in fact form an everlasting bond of sorts.  And people see this.  They see it happening all the time.  Even though opposites are attracting and forming bonds, and people see it happening time and again, somehow they still refuse to believe it ever works out.

No, people don't believe that opposites are meant to be together.  Since opposites aren't meant to be together, they certainly won't stay together.  Attracting opposites don't stay together.  They don't stay together because they are forced apart.

Yes, when attracting opposites have formed a bond, it actually takes some type of force to break that bond.  A weaker bond is broken with a lesser force, and a stronger bond is broken with a stronger force.  The force has to be stronger than the existing bond to break it apart.  The strength of will from belief will not break a bond.  However, the strength of will from belief will serve as a catalyst behind the force that may be created to break the bond.

The types of bonds formed in human life have an infinite range from the atomic mesh that makes up the physical existence of the body to the complexities of the human mind and its associations with everything concrete and abstract within its surroundings.  Physical and mental existence is dependent on the bonds of an infinite number of magnetic fields that interact based on the bonding of these fields and the strength of each bond.  Depending on how each bond works out, there is either a cyclical maintenance of health or a cyclical destruction of health.

How do you work out?  Do your own bonds contribute to the cyclical maintenance of health or the cyclical destruction of health?  How is your cycle of breath, cycle of blood, cycle of gut, cycle of fluids, cycle of sleep, cycle of consciousness, cycle of emotions, cycle of daily productivity, and cycle of family life?  Are your bonds of attraction the opposite of what you believe you should have?  Are your bonds the opposite of what it takes to maintain physical and mental health?  Are you using your strength of will from your belief as a catalyst to create a force that reinforces healthy bonds and breaks unhealthy bonds?

Your own strength of will is the force needed to make changes when you are unhealthy.  The bonds formed with substances that have led to abuse, with food that has led to gluttony, with emotions that have led to broken relationships, with ideas that have led to lack of work and physical activity, and with thoughts that have led to lack of sleep were all formed when you were attracted to the unnatural choices in life opposite to what you needed to stay healthy.

Now the force needed to break the unhealthy bonds comes from doing the opposite of what you did to make yourself unhealthy in the first place.  Reattach yourself to the belief you should have a healthy body and mind.  Use your strength of will from this belief and form new healthier bonds from the nature of opposite attraction.  Form the everlasting bonds to the nature of health.  Make people see.  Make it work out.
